About This Course
Ergonomic hazards in the workplace contribute to musculoskeletal concerns through postural stress from holding prolonged positions, chronic injury due to repetitive strain or movements, injuries sustained by force or vibration, and static overload injuries. As a result, workers may experience both acute injury and chronic muscle and joint pain.
Learning Objectives
It is hoped that this program will help employees to practice and maintain good posture, work in comfort zones, reduce excess power, reduce excess movement, reduce fatigue while working and ensure a good working environment. Indirectly can increase work productivity with a comfortable working practice atmosphere.
