About This Course

Designed for basic trainees, the objective of English Communication at the Workplace for support staff of any Company, is to assist participants to be aware of the basic communication skills, train participants to greet, extend and end conversations, help create awareness in the importance of listening in communication, and boost participants’ confidence in communicating in English.

Learning Objectives:
  • Clarity: Ensure communication is simple and straight to the point
  • Personalization: Knowing your team members on a personal level can help you communicate tailored messages to them
  • Transparency: Speaking with transparency means sharing accurate information without hiding anything
  • Listening: Active listening helps to improve understanding, build relationships and resolve issues
